We began commercially catching and processing our own wild Alaskan salmon in 1984. From there we have expanded to smoking, making value added salmon products including salmon hot dogs, salmon jerky, smoked salmon strips and smoked salmon fillet pieces in a variety of flavors, and custom wild game processing.
